Using the Ring App The easiest way to reset a Ring doorbell camera is through the Ring app: Tap on Device Health to get to your camera options.

  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and look for Reset Device. This will restore your Ring to its factory settings.

  3. Take off the faceplate of your Ring doorbell to find the reset button
  4. Press and hold the setup button for 10 seconds until you see all the LED lights illuminate.

Through the Google Home application

  1. Turn on your phone and open the Google Home app.
  2. Select your Nest Hello doorbell camera
  3. Scroll down and go to Device Information>Nest Hello>Settings cog>Factory reset
  4. When you are prompted, make sure that you would like to reset it.
  5. Continue using the app prompts to reconnect your Nest Hello which you recently reset to your Wi-Fi network

Button-Based Hardware Reset

  1. On the Nest Hello, there is a faceplate that must be unscrewed to reach the reset pinhole
  2. Pass an unfolded paperclip into the pinhole and apply pressure on it for several seconds more than 10 seconds and wait for the LED light to blink
  3. Hold the button down until you see the LED pulsating in white and do it quite quickly.
  4. Push the button until the rapid pulsing appears on the screen and then release it to get the reset done.

  1. From your smartphone or tablet, open the Logi Circle app and navigate to your camera settings.

  1. For no less than 10 seconds, press and hold the setup button located beneath your Circle 2 camera.
  2. Keep the button pressed until the light turns blue and starts blinking, then becomes fully white.
  3. If the light stays solid, you can let go of the setup button
  4. Wait for at least 10 minutes for the camera to complete rebooting
  5. Go back to the Logi Circle app to connect to a new location

Through the eufy Security Mobile App

  1. First, make sure your smart device is connected to Wi-Fi, launch the eufy Security app, and choose your doorbell.
  2. Go to the Gear icon > Advanced Settings > Reset
  3. Press Confirm Reset and wait until the process is done.
  4. When done, go back to the Eufy app and add your camera again.
  5. Take off the eufy doorbell camera front cover
  6. Under the circuit board, find the pinhole which is labeled “Reset”.
  7. Bend a paperclip and use its end to force the hidden Reset button for approximately 20 seconds.
  8. Maintain until LED lights flash and become steady in blue color
  9. Release the Reset button
  10. Give your eufy up to 10 minutes to reboot and then reconnect in the app
